To cancel, change, or reschedule:

Current Policy

Rescheduling to another class with CPR Central:
• Reschedule prior to 48 hours of start time with no fee.
• Reschedule within 48 hours of start time with a $30 fee.
• Rescheduling fee applies to all subsequent reschedules.
• Employers can reschedule an employee without a fee.

Cancelling class without rescheduling:
• Cancel prior to 48 hours of start time with a 100% refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of start time with a 50% refund.
• There are no refunds once a class has started.
• There are no refunds for previously rescheduled class.
• Employers can cancel an employee without a fee.

No Call - No Show:
• Tuition is forfeited if participant "No Call-No Shows."
• Employer is billed if an employee "No Call-No Shows."

Late:
• Class starts on time, to the minute. No exceptions.
• 5 minutes late must reschedule with $30 fee.

Costs are incurred by CPR Central the moment a
student enrolls in a course. Curriculums, supplies and
setup investments are secured. Instructors are paid
even if a student does not show up; and unfilled seats
can incur losses not only in the current course,
but in subsequent courses.

For this reason, this policy applies regardless of the
reason for being absent or late. Including but not
limited to: traffic, weather, navigation, childcare,
illness, work schedule changes, sign-up errors,
or any other unexpected circumstances.
This is clearly stated and agreed to during sign-up.

If a refund or partial refund applies per the policy above, your refund will be processed by CPR Central within 48 hours. Please allow a few days for your bank to credit your account. The last 4 digits of the credit card that was used during sign-up is required to process the refund.

To cancel without rescheduling into another course with CPR Central:

After completing cancellation form to the right.
Click here to reschedule into a new course.

FIRST cancel your current class by completing the
form to the right.

Then click the "See Courses" button below and
schedule into a new course.

If the new course has a different cost, or a
rescheduling fee, CPR Central will contact you.

Changes/reschedules are subject to the policy above.

If you are rescheduling because you missed your
course, see: "If you missed your class" below.

To change or reschedule to a different course, day, or time:

If you missed a class or were late:

FIRST cancel your "missed" or late class by completing the form to the right.

Then click the "See Courses" button below and
re-enroll into your new course.

If you were late and the instructor turned you away,
a rescheduling fee may apply per the policy above.

If you missed your course or "No Call - No Showed," unfortunately there is no refund or credit available per the policy above. This was agreed to during sign-up. However, if you use the Pay Code "NO CALL - NO SHOW" when you re-enroll, we will give you a $30 discount for enrolling with CPR Central again

Note:
Discount applies only to individual rate students who
pre-paid with a credit card and missed their class or
"No Call - No Showed." Discount is not available for corporate rates or invoiced companies because
corporate rates already receive a discount.
